Shinji in the Snow Finished

Finally through the magic of procrastination the colouring of Tsukasa Shinjiro has been finished!

I’m real happy with this one. Blogger might have killed the detail but his eyes have a slight bit of red. Basically when he uses magic or fights and gets angry his eyes go bloodshot and go bright red. On the other hand while relaxed his eyes go back to normal. Simply put the red is an indicator of how much energy he is using and lying in the snow really won’t take that much.

I think I started this pic cuz I wanna go to a country where it snows so bad. I intend to head off to the US or Canada to see the snow some time in the future. Why doesn’t in snow in Melbourne I mean I did see some snow falling from the sky when I went to Mt. Bulla but that’s not enough! I want doors to freeze shut, have snow blocking door ways and have piles of snow in the back yard. Fat chance that will happen though.

Shinji in the Snow +WIP+

Well this is what all my procrastination has gone into… Well since I can use it for studio arts the procrastination is contributing to my folio so it’s not a complete waste. I’m finally using my tablet all the way for this one and it’s kinda fun. It feels like i'm painting cuz everything is slowly coming to life it's a nice feeling... Looks like I’ll be learning how to use this thing properly soon enough.

Snow Effect (I used a special technique I made up to do this part =D )

I did all my jacket shading on my line work layer T_T why why why?! To most this probably means nothing, just know that I’ve been colouring in one of my lineworks and if you colour on the line work usually it been shit is going to happen aka big time waster now I’m frantically trying to find a way out of this. Although if you look on the bright side if I do have to redo it it would look better cuz it’s my second go and shading in this method but still…

(Hours later)

So well it’s the end of the day and I was able to fix it but I had to reshade some parts… This is what I gotten so far and it will be finished tomorrow if I can finish my English oral preparations in time… or better yet a can finish it at school… yay for studio arts!

Changed the jackets colour and completely shaded it to. Changed the fur colour and shaded some of that too.

(Several Hours Later)

Huh… O_o? I though I posted up this entry like a few hours ago… opps well I guess I can add in a few foot notes. All the pics have been shrunk dramatically. These WIPs are only a sixth of the real size. I have done more now so all that needs to be done is the shine on the metal and a few colour adjustments. I’ve also changed a few colours too and that’s done. So I’m pretty damn sure it will be done by tomorrow.

Tutor, Braces, Stuff...

Something i was just typing in the car...

So just had a dental appointment and well, it’s good braces may come off in two weeks if I’m lucky so yeah this are all good. Let’s see what has happened recently… nothing much sadly ==” School is school and nothing interesting ever happens there unless someone dies or some kid tries to jump off the school building only to be rescued by my year 9 homeroom teacher who doesn’t remember any one… what is up with that actually? You say hi and he just walks right past you… Alright well I personally didn’t say hi to him cuz I only save the words and effort for teachers I actually like. So it was my friend that said it but still you don’t just ignore people! (a bit rich coming from me I know but for the sake of the point I’m making ignore the hypocrisy) I mean the least he could have done is act like he remembers and wave back…

Now where was I, ah right my education so well right now at the time of writing I’m stationed in front of my maths tutors house and waiting till class begins which is about 6:30 and it’s a two hour class and well you’re pretty much guaranteed not to work the whole 2 hours cuz well no one can be stuffed. I’m hungry too, but I did buy snacks and they’re in my bag I brought them cuz one of my friends brought me apologies snacks and I’m returning the favour… although it doesn’t really make sense for me to repay her for saying sorry cuz there is nothing I’m sorry to her about… Did that make sense? Well anyway buying stuff for other people is kinda nice but right now, I’m just waiting to get into the class so I can actually open the snacks. I mean I could open them now but I would just look like a gluttonous beast…

Just tried eating a sandwich just then and the elastics are really in the way, I feel almost like Kopiko or Genie when I eat with my elastics on. Now that I think about it, what is up with my elastics?! It’s like he performed his own little art composition using wire and elastics and my mouth was his canvas. He did some weird little criss cross pattern on the top row of my teeth… and purple elastics too… I just glad I’m not one of those little kids that get bullied at school… If I were I would be flushing my own head down the toilet… ok maybe that’s a little over exaggerated, something that only the menopausal teletubby would say. It just looks bad and it looks like I’m going to have this for two weeks so heres hoping the days go by fast I wanna stop being a metal mouth that keeps getting ulcers cuz of the braces…

Tutors almost starting and after Trang pointed it out I actually realised that I spend like 12 hours a week dedicated to going here and now that I think about it, it really isn’t worth it. How I got to the figure of 12 hours is a follows, 4 classes each 2 hours equals 8 hours + travel times adds like another two if traffics is perfect and the amount of time I need to wait after school on Mondays and Thursdays adds another 4 two for each day which works out to be 14 so realistically it is actually signifigently longer than 12 so I really question if its worth it… so well I’m going to have a little talk in terms of tutor today and see what happens… which me luck…

After tutor and once home…

Eh… cousin bum session??? ==” How unexpected… guess not today huh oh well there’s always next time. Awww man no photos or pictures… I could take a photo of my teeth right now but I’ll refrain on the basis I don’t want to see it either…
