Recently I’ve noticed one of my favourite hoodies is kinda dying which is kinda disappointing for me I guess… it’s the grey one! I wore that thing so many times too... Near the wrists the fabric is kinda wearing away and I think the things going to die any time soon so I was off thinking about clothes and how it’s hard to find something I like cuz of that whole kinda muzzery thing that happened the whole fluro kinda clothes the ones that you look at it and you’re just like wtf is that? (omg I just realised wtf is ftw backwards…) Although I haven’t been seeing much of it recently… or maybe I’m just not going to the right places or the phase has died which would make me quite happy! =3
Well anyway around at the end of April (that why there’s 04/09 at the signature) I started to draw a hoodie that I was thinking of that I would like but I doubt the design would be anywhere out there so I guess if I really wanted it to be made I would have to go find someone that could make it and well request it to be made but then there’s the labour fees and the material cost and the fact that I just do know anyone out there yet as well as me being picky and all wanting it to be someone I know so there’s added sentiment to the garment… One of my friends suggested the idea of “custom clothes” made me laugh a little but maybe… just maybe.
Well anyway the design I came up with is below drawn on Shinji my internet identity! X3 Though the main focus is the hoodie I did draw a full costume design for the front and what not. I started drawing the back but seeing that I failed drawing some parts of it and I’m wasting too much time on it so I think I’m going to leave it at that. I did finish the hoodie’s back design it’s just the pants and stuff that’s annoying me (bonus is the fact that I haven’t drawn shoes or hands yet =P would be the worst if I did though). There’s obviously stuff and parts the need to be explained but I’ve drawn it in enough detail so that I won’t forget it if I do find someone to make it in the future, maybe I’ll meet someone in the future at uni or something…
Main things of note are that the sleeves are changeable hence you can take it off, swap the sleeves or wear it sleeveless. Also the hood is able to be zipped all the way up zipping your head inside… dunno about the practicality of that but meh… Also that string near the neck is not for the hood, it’s to tie together in case you don’t wanna use the zip and want it draping behind you or something… Basically it’s just zips for anything and everything accompanied with an arrow design… ah I want it…
The back… I was drawing another weapon as you can see but screwed up the perspective, just one more reason to quit while I was ahead.
Hum I realised this before but… quality really dies when posted up huh? I should go about loading my pics in an external site and making it appear here or something… I think the function is there I just need to learn how to use it which I will soon…
